In partnership with the Program Manager, coordinate program deliverables and serve as the primary point of contact for business/functional area Administrators, Coordinators, and Planners. Responsibilities include:

• Developing, documenting, and enhancing program processes and procedures.

• Supporting communication, awareness, engagement, and training initiatives.

• Providing guidance and subject matter expertise to stakeholders and program participants.

• Collaborating with stakeholders across Technology, Privacy, Law, Vendor Governance, Risk, and other functions to meet enterprise requirements and support operational and growth initiatives.

• Supporting annual attestation and quality review processes.

• Producing program metrics and reports.

• Build and maintain interactive BI dashboards

• Managing execution of key program components, including:

• Disposition of structured and unstructured electronic data.

• Offsite records storage management (inventory reviews, billing, access, disposition, certificates of destruction).

• Retention schedule reviews and maintenance.

• Records Hold Order process support.

• Business Continuity (BC) Plan and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) creation, review, and updates.

• BC and application testing coordination and participation. Coordinate and manage business continuation tests and/or exercises; partner with stakeholders to ensure quality and effectiveness

• Third Party Risk Management and Vendor Governance due diligence support.

• Organizational change assessments to ensure continuity of records and BC responsibilities during terminations, transfers, and reorganizations.

• Partnership with Enterprise BC to assess and refine recovery strategies based on changes in business operations, technology, and risk environment.

**The Skills & Expertise You Bring**• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Technology, Business Continuity, Records Management, Information Governance, Data Management, Business Analysis, Risk Management, or a related field.

• Experience in a large corporate environment; financial services experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with Records Management and Resiliency/BC principles and practices, including external regulations, and cyber risk mitigation.

• Experience working with structured and unstructured data and applications.

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization

• Tech-savvy with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

• Self-motivated, innovative thinker with strong problem solving skills.

• Strong control and risk awareness.
