The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and evaluating project activities to achieve objectives. A project manager is responsible for a specific project, ensuring it stays on track, within budget, and meets deadlines. The role involves extensive communication with all stakeholders, anticipating problems, and finding solutions to meet project goals despite challenges. Recruit, select, train, and manage project team members. Contribute to strategic planning and operational objectives. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Participate in ongoing professional development. Handle day-to-day operations of multiple or large-scale projects. Oversee project managers and review project deliverables. Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure successful project execution. Manage project scope, risk, and financials, including revenue recognition and invoicing. Analyze financial data to maximize revenue and profitability. Participate in performance evaluations and team development. Requirements for Success
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field. Proven experience managing large projects of $30M and above. Strong client relationship skills and dispute resolution. Experience with wood frame construction and large commercial projects. Ability to manage projects averaging $20-50 million. What We Offer
