Works under the direction of the iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Process Manager or Manager and is responsible for completing Supply Chain / Maintenance related activities including but not limited to: data conversion, functional specifications, program software system quality testing, and support within all projects whether system or operational. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to the Supply Chain / Maintenance Modules. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst may be assigned support tickets needing resolution, as well as, perform testing in partnership with various internal and external stakeholder teams. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is expected to take the initiative to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is also expected to act as a resource and a subject matter expert (SME) to Supply Chain / Maintenance team. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is always expected to keep the confidentiality of the team and Senior Leadership from discussions and advanced knowledge both at work and off hours. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst must display a positive attitude toward decisions that have been made for direction, be collaborative on projects, embrace change and lead, using the company mission, vision and values, while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Explores and accepts creative solutions, altering business practices for future system optimization.

Increases knowledge of Supply Chain/Maintenance business processes, applications, technology, policies, procedures, and external laws to define application design needs.

Facilitates cross-functional integration by participating in facility requirements sessions to document objectives and gaps for system implementation.

Mentors resources on tasks, project expectations, best practices, and system functionality development.

Provides first-level support and acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for all Supply Chain/Maintenance processes, forms, and applications.

Shares ideas, system knowledge, and understanding of core business processes to enhance team/project effectiveness.

Establishes positive relationships through a positive attitude and inclusive environment.

Develops a communication plan for effective project involvement.

Collaborates with business partners to develop functional specifications, document, build, and test facility-specific processes and PeopleSoft development.

Acts as a liaison to ensure solutions for identified gaps are completed on time, ensuring a successful experience for all stakeholders.

Other duties as assigned.

Supports Supply Chain/Maintenance applications and team efforts to optimize system effectiveness.

Enhances business processes, productivity, efficiency, and quality while maintaining strategic priorities.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree

3 years experience

Advanced level knowledge of Supply Chain systems/operations

Advanced system/application/data troubleshooting

Advanced analytical skills, critical thinking and root cause analysis processing skills

Project/process design or improvement analysis skills

Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills

Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

Computer Literacy

Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain systems/operations in Healthcare setting

Data report development skills

Relational data base concepts

Prefer knowledge / skills in any combination of the following: Oracle PeopleSoft (or other related ERP) System Testing to include end to end testing with thought to all stakeholders System Testing/Data Modeling Applications

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) Preferred

Six Sigma (SS) Preferred

Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) Preferred
