In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding Zoom’s presence in the upmarket enterprise segment, focusing on strategic engagement with key decision-makers in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) space. This role requires teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping potential customers unlock the full value of Zoom Contact Center solutions. As a Contact Center (CX) Business Development Representative (BDR), you will work cross-functionally with Zoom CX Specialists, Field Marketing, your geo BDR, and ABM teams to build highly targeted outreach strategies and campaigns. Your goal will be to generate qualified opportunities for our sales teams by researching, prospecting, and engaging high-value accounts. About the Team: Zoom’s sales team is committed to helping businesses modernize communication and customer experience through innovative technology. Our BDRs play a key role in expanding Zoom\'s Contact Center presence, driving pipeline, and ensuring our customers understand how Zoom can transform their contact center operations. BDRs are expected to execute 70+ outbound activities daily, including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized video messages. This role requires resilience and a growth mindset, as rejection is a common part of the process. Success comes from staying proactive, continuously refining strategies, and leveraging internal partnerships to drive impactful conversations.
