This leadership role is essential to managing inventory plans, third-party vendor relationships, executing multiple business plans and projects, and developing key business strategies. What you’ll do
Manage Inventory Plans for less complex strategic business units; review annual, monthly, weekly, and daily projections against actual results; monitor category markdown budget.
Manage Third-Party Vendor Relationships; develop relationships and interface with vendor leadership personnel; review and analyze contract negotiations and contract management.
Lead and Manage the Execution of Multiple Business Plans and Projects; identify customer and operational needs, develop and communicate business plans and priorities, remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
Develop, Prioritize, and Execute Key Business Strategies; manage cross-functional initiatives that impact store and corporate processes, develop merchandising programs and initiatives, customer and company communications, and associate training content.
Provide Overall Direction, analyze business objectives and customer needs, develop, communicate, build support for, and implement business strategies, plans, and practices.
What you’ll bring
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Merchandising, or related field and 5 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional certification; Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock may also be included where applicable.
