As a

Senior Advanced Project Engineer

here at Honeywell, you will lead complex engineering projects that drive innovation and efficiency within our organization. Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering advanced solutions that meet customer needs and enhance operational performance. You will report directly to our Engineering Program Management Director, and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will lead fire and safety of our cutting-edge technologies projects by applying your advanced project management skills and work with the cross functional teams to deliver the projects on time, on budget and on quality. Lead engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets and Honeywell processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Utilize advanced engineering program project management principles to solve complex project management challenges and improve processes. Qualifications

You must have Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and managing complex engineering projects and in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Strong knowledge of engineering product development principles and project management methodologies. PMP certification required. We value Advanced Engineering degrees such as a Master's in Engineering or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and projects. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to engineering projects.
