Overview

Manufacturing Engineering Technician at Honeywell. This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring engineering processes are efficient and effective through troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving manufacturing equipment and processes to support production goals. Responsibilities

Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime. Assist in the implementation of process improvements and engineering changes to enhance productivity and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturing processes are aligned with engineering specifications. Location & Reporting

Reports to Engineering Manager; location: Northford, CT. Qualifications

You Must Have

1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools. Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. We Value

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). Advanced engineering degrees such as ME or EE. Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools. Benefits
