Key Responsibilities

Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, developer guides, API documentation, and release notes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements. Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding. Ensure all documentation follows established standards and guidelines. Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the technology sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple, clear language. Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Word, Confluence, Markdown, and HTML. Familiarity with software development processes and terminology. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
