Responsibilities
The Process Engineer / Project Engineer will monitor production data and identify trends or variances. Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions. Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality. Conduct and document production trials. Review and approve operating procedures, process changes, and safety analyses. Support quality investigations and provide technical guidance. Train production staff on new and revised procedures. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and operational policies. Relocation available. $130K-$145K. Qualifications
BS Engineering degree with 7+ years experience as Process/ Project Engineer in process industries including chemicals, fibers, or related. Requires solid background in process equipment design, sizing, mass balance, heat transfer calculations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
