We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Process/Project Engineer to support our manufacturing operations through process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Liaison with Work/Life Recruiting and the client to support process excellence initiatives. Responsibilities
Monitor production data to identify trends or variances. Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions for resolution. Lead process improvement projects focused on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality. Conduct and document production trials. Review and approve operating procedures, process changes, and safety analyses. Support quality investigations and provide technical guidance. Train production staff on new and revised procedures. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and operational policies. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering with 7+ years of experience as a Process/Project Engineer in process industries, including chemicals, fibers, or related fields. A solid background in process equipment design, sizing, mass balance, and heat transfer calculations is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
