In addition to the support of your manager, you can expect to grow and develop through exposure to leadership, engaging in development opportunities, and networking with other early career professionals.

**Training & Development:** Training and development is provided throughout your internship through on-the-job experiences and structured learning opportunities, fostering the development of business acumen and leadership skills at a global organization.

**As a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op you will get to:**Assist with project management activities to support manufacturing.Learn manufacturing processes to recommend and implement new solutionsWork and resolve quality issues affecting product or manufacturing methods Work with operators, team leaders and value stream planners to optimize process center layouts and designs, incorporating material flow and line balancingProvide manufacturing cycle time readings to improve manufacturing routings and labor standards. Location: The Manufacturing Engineering Co-op is located in Anoka, Minnesota**Required Qualifications:** Previous work and/or internship experience **Preferred Qualifications:** Ability to work in Anoka, MN for the duration of the Co-Op experience (relocation assistance for those who qualify)Good project management and organizational skills Proficient personal computer skills (Microsoft Office Products, CAD software etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong active listening skills.
