About the role: Team leaders (shift managers) uphold Ski Butlers' customer service standards while managing daily operations. No two days are the same. Adaptability, expectation management, and leading by example are key qualities. As the face of Ski Butlers at our hotel service centers, team leaders ensure a seamless experience for hotel guests, from arrival to departure, including welcoming guests, storing equipment, collaborating with hotel staff, and providing a personal hospitality experience. Primary Responsibilities: Opening and closing the shop daily Conducting pre- and post-shift team meetings to clarify expectations Planning fittings, support calls, and pickups for current and upcoming shifts Responding promptly to customer communications Maintaining brand standards (uniforms, vans, equipment, cleanliness) Preparing the next shift for success Upselling to guests via phone and text during pre-fitting communication Secondary Responsibilities: Sizing guests with proper equipment Scheduling work assignments for upcoming shifts Providing real-time feedback and coaching Assisting with labor management during slow periods Handling reservations and refunds Supporting fittings and service operations as needed
