Role Description This is a full-time position for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for reaching out to cold and warm leads to create new business opportunities and increase sales revenue. The Sales Development Representative will work with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to reach out to prospects, build relationships, and impact revenue. What Your Day Looks Like Research, identify and consistently generate new opportunities. Qualify, build, and manage a lead pipeline and maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold and warm calls and emails (combination of 100 activities a day). Responsible for accurately tracking prospect interactions and information in Hubspot. Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives of nonprofit organizations. Evangelize Arreva and our fully integrated online fundraising, donor relationship management, healthcare hospitality, and auction software platform. Minimum Qualifications 1 - 3 years of full-time BDR/SDR with at least one year experience inbound and/or outbound selling to nonprofits with SaaS experience. Inside sales and lead generation experience. Proven track record of success prospecting for new business. Ability to understand customer needs and complete full and in-depth discovery. Strong problem-solving skills. A motivated, driven and self-starting attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Ability to multi-task, take the initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable. Preferred Qualifications CRM experience (Salesforce and Hubspot preferred). Experience selling fundraising software/solutions to the nonprofit industry. Compensation OTE year 1 between 65-70k.
