General Manager Position Overview:
The Supervisor, Retail Operations (the “Supervisor”) is responsible for assisting the Manager with interfacing, consulting with qualified patients and caregivers, and administering approved medical and recreational marijuana products. The Supervisor oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility, including patient/customer identification and registration, record retention, product tracking, and inventory control as directed by the Manager. Pay:

weekends Major Areas of Responsibility include:
Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations governing the dispensing of cannabis products, supervise dispensary staff training and education in the absence of the Manager. Provide management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility, monitor all point of sale transactions. Manage patient logs, inventory receipt, storage, auditing, and ordering using BioTrackTHC software. Resolve inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts. Develop privacy policies, ensure confidentiality of patient information, and compliance with HIPAA. Act as liaison internally between staff, management, and externally with law enforcement, health authorities, and the community. Oversee department managers to achieve operational goals, ensure safety and quality assurance, including preventing dispensing errors. Manage policies for retesting, storage, disposal, adverse event reporting, and product recalls. Assist with security systems related to tracking, record keeping, and surveillance. Develop a positive company culture emphasizing quality, teamwork, and high performance. Implement HR policies, conduct investigations, manage employee relations, and oversee performance reviews. Coordinate HR software systems, recruit, and retain staff, and manage workforce planning. Build quality assurance programs, develop compensation and benefit programs, and manage employee safety and wellness initiatives. Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
Must be at least 21 years old. MED Badge required. Bachelor’s degree or 3 years management experience with emphasis on employee relations preferred. Experience in HR activities, operations, and compliance. Passion for retail operations, staffing, inventory, and product security. Strong management, leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Ability to develop relationships with staff and senior management. Travel %:
