THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Office 365 Administrator to manage and maintain our Office 365 environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and optimization of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of performing migrations for M&A purposes using various software tools. RESPONSIBILITIES

Administering and supporting Office 365 services and applications Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues Managing user accounts, permissions, and licenses Implementing and maintaining security policies and compliance standards Providing technical support and training to end-users Collaborating with IT teams to integrate Office 365 with other systems Developing and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Performing migrations for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) using various software tools REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Microsoft Certification: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar certifications A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Office 365 administration and support Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, experience with Microsoft Power Platform, and familiarity with migration tools such as BitTitan, Quest, or similar A strong understanding of security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices for Office 365 Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and IT teams The ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions Experience in managing projects, particularly migrations for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) BENEFITS
