Join AZAD as an Electrical Engineer
to support the Control Center Communications Operations organization in the Information Services department. This position works within a team and provides engineering expertise for the integration, operation, and maintenance of mission-critical Control Center systems, as well as the monitoring and management of systems required for ongoing support. This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long-term and ongoing continued employment. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite per week in Vancouver, Washington.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 - $69.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (from an ABET accredited school) is required. 10 years of experience and knowledge of computer network and systems concepts, principles, and practices applicable to components and facilities found on a regional transmission system is required. 5 years of experience on project teams developing computer and/or network systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Valid U.S. Driver's License is required. Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
