We are seeking a strategic minded Key Industry Manager to grow our service offerings in the

MINING INDUSTRY . Our ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge of the wear issues within the

mining industry . Whether you are a seasoned sales professional or have been in a different role, such as a maintenance manager, maintenance planner, reliability engineer, sales engineer or similar role, and are looking for your next challenge, here’s your chance! Position Overview:

The Key Industry Manager is a key member of the Wear Services Business Unit at Castolin Eutectic, responsible for delivering comprehensive wear solutions to end users and OEMs within targeted strategic accounts. This role focuses on leveraging Castolin Eutectic’s advanced technology and service offerings to develop and expand the market for wear-resistant products and solutions within strategic accounts. What You'll Do

Market Development:

Drive the growth of Castolin Eutectic’s wear services, including CDP wearplate, Castotube, LaserClad and other complementary products, by targeting key strategic accounts in the

MINING INDUSTRY .

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Services Team to provide technical and application support.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including end users in mining, cement, and OEMs, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Business Development:

Identify prospects and existing customer needs that fit the company’s services capabilities. Develop messaging for new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.

Maintain an Opportunity Pipeline:

Maintain an opportunity pipeline in Dynamics CRM. Review the team’s opportunity reports weekly and provide updates to Management.

Technical Support:

Provide technical, design, and product support to customers, addressing wear-related queries and assisting with proposals and quotations.

Cross-Regional Collaboration:

Maintain contact and cooperation with other regions to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in technical and commercial approaches.

Performance Accountability:

Ensure the achievement of sales volumes, revenue targets, and enhanced gross profit margins for the Wear Services business.

Administration: Support the development of the organization's vision, mission, and objectives to generate revenue and profitability.

Identify and effectively communicate and support the resolution of critical business issues.

Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and training workshops.

Keep key documentation updated on CRM and deliver expense reports on a weekly basis.

What You'll Bring

10-15 years of relevant industrial sales experience OR 10-15 years of relevant experience as a maintenance supervisor, maintenance manager, maintenance planner, reliability engineer, sales engineer or similar experience in

mining industry operations .

Solid understanding of the wear issues and wear management solutions offerings in the

mining industry .

Must be comfortable speaking with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel within key accounts.

Basic understanding of welding, maintenance and repair technologies.

Consultative communication skills

Possess a hunter mentality with cold-calling experience.

Basic understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry

Mechanical aptitude

Knowledge of basic print reading skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and self-directed individual.

Well organized and detail-oriented and good with time management skills

Ability to travel up to 60%
