Join Los Alamos Medical Center as an RN - PACU in Los Alamos, NM, and contribute to high-quality patient care in a top-rated community hospital. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary ($73,216-$104,000), a $30,000 sign-on bonus (24-month commitment), a $1,000/month housing allowance (up to 12 months), and relocation assistance up to $7,500.
Responsibilities:
Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).
Collaborate across disciplines for patient care, including transfer, discharge, and psychosocial support.
Provide patient/family education tailored to age, culture, and condition.
Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Requirements
Prior PACU or surgical services experience (no new graduates).
Current NM RN license or appropriate RN compact licensure.
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
PALS or ENPC certification within 6 months of hire.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Los Alamos, NM (M-F, 5x8s schedule).
Competitive salary ($73,216-$104,000).
$30,000 sign-on bonus (paid in 4 installments, 24-month commitment).
