Automotive Office Manager – New Car Dealership. Compensation: ~$75,000 annually. A successful new car dealership is seeking an
experienced Office Manager
to oversee daily office operations and support the Controller in maintaining an efficient, organized, and compliant accounting office. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate office staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions Support the Controller with financial reporting, reconciliations, and schedules Oversee deal posting, payables, receivables, and title work to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage cash flow, bank deposits, and monthly closing requirements Train and develop office personnel while maintaining dealership policies and internal controls Act as the primary point of contact between the office and other dealership departments Qualifications
Prior dealership office or accounting management experience required Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems and processes (CDK, Reynolds, or similar preferred) Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Compensation & Benefits
