Base Pay Range

$22.25/hr - $23.25/hr

Location and Shift

DSD4 Amazon Warehouse – 5670 Kearney Mesa Rd. San Diego CA 92111

Shift: 10‑hour days starting 9:00 AM (hourly start may vary). Minimum 3–6 days a week for seasonal, 3–4 days for full‑time; 10‑hour shifts available 7 days a week.

Schedule

• Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 3–6 days a week for seasonal (1 weekend day required)
• 3–4 days a week full‑time (1 weekend day required)
• 10‑hour shifts 7 days a week

Compensation

$22.25 – $23.25/hr plus $250 referral bonus (referral must work minimum 90 days). Incentives for safe driving and excellent performance.

General Responsibilities

• Deliver safely, promptly, and accurately
• Conduct safety inspections on company vehicles; comply with DOT laws and Amazon regulations
• Work physically demanding hours, all weather, lifting up to 50 lb
• Make multiple stops at variable locations during day
• Communicate with support team, provide excellent customer service, ensure deliveries complete
• Use smartphone for GPS, scanning, clock in/out, and supervisor communication
• Earn bonuses for excellent performance and safe driving

Requirements

• State driver’s license for at least 2 years
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficient with smartphone apps used daily

Preferred

• Prior delivery experience (Postmates, DoorDash, Flex, etc.)
• Prior transportation experience (Uber, Lyft, etc.)
• Bilingual
