Base pay range

$22.25/hr - $23.25/hr

Description

Schedule

• Minimum 3–4 days a week (1 weekend day required).
• 10‑hour shifts available 7 days a week.
• Daily hours: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM.

$250 referral bonus (referred must work minimum 90 days).

General Responsibilities

• The driver’s main objective is Safe, Prompt & Accurate Delivery.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles; follow all DOT laws and Amazon regulations.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages up to 50 lbs.; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone devices for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, and conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
• Receive bonuses for excellent performance and safe driving.

Required

• All drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have held a state driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must know how to use a smartphone (multiple apps used to perform day‑to‑day responsibilities).

Preferred

• Previous delivery experience (Postmates, DoorDash, Flex, etc.).
• Previous transportation experience (Uber, Lyft, etc.).
• Bilingual.
