The role also involves assisting the sales team with administrative duties and ensuring smooth office operations through effective communication and task management.

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
