Ferretti Search has partnered with a fast‑growing warehousing and distribution company that is seeking a rockstar Recruiter to join their team. This person will be taking full ownership of the recruiting function and directly influencing the organization’s continued growth.

Alongside managing day‑to‑day hiring, this individual will be instrumental in the launch of the company’s new ADP Recruiting system, supporting workflow design, employee training, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job postings through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding to provide smooth transitions for new hires.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics, offering recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with the implementation of the ADP Recruiting system and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, EEO standards, and company policies.
• Provide general HR support and serve as payroll backup when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems; experience with ADP Recruiting is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, collaborative, and service‑oriented.
