We are seeking an experienced SaaS Recruiter to attract, source, and hire top talent across all functions — including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Operations — for our rapidly growing hospitality SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has deep experience recruiting for technology and SaaS roles, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can partner closely with department heads to build high‑performing teams that align with our culture and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring goals, team structures, and role requirements across all SaaS departments.
  • Source, screen, and manage the full‑cycle recruiting process for technical and non‑technical roles (engineering, onboarding, customer success, and sales).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche SaaS‑specific job boards.
  • Conduct initial interviews, evaluate cultural and technical fit, and coordinate with hiring managers for final rounds.
  • Create job descriptions and KPIs tailored to SaaS and startup environments.
  • Manage candidate experience to ensure timely communication, feedback, and professionalism at every stage.
  • Utilize ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or Workable) to maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics.
  • Partner with HR and operations to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Track recruitment analytics and provide weekly reports on time‑to‑fill, source performance, and hiring funnel health.
  • Stay current with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years in SaaS or technology recruiting.
  • Proven success hiring for roles in Engineering, Product, Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Experience using ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable, or BambooHR).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue structures, and role KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, scaling environment.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted sourcing tools (e.g., HireEZ, SeekOut, or LinkedIn AI Recruiter) is a plus.

  • Average time‑to‑fill by department.
  • Quality of hire (measured by 90‑day retention and hiring manager satisfaction).
  • Candidate pipeline growth and conversion rates.
  • Offer‑acceptance ratio.
  • Recruiting process efficiency and automation improvements.
