Our client located on the Northside of Indianapolis is looking to add a Corporate Recruiter due to growth within the company. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, create effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience that reflects their culture and values.

Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to develop job postings and creative recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional hiring process from start to finish.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and community initiatives.
• Manage offer processes, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
• Track recruiting metrics and share insights to improve results.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system and employee referral program.
• Stay current on hiring trends and innovative recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred
• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Able to travel on occasion to career fairs or recruiting events
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and sourcing techniques
