Executive Assistant – Solvita
Join Solvita to support high‑level executives as our Executive Assistant. This role is based in Kettering, Ohio, with a full‑time schedule and occasional domestic travel.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Solvita is a community‑based organization with a national presence, operating at $225M annually with double‑digit growth for over 55 years. Our network serves 25 hospitals in 15 counties and processes nearly 1,000,000 tissue grafts each year.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the C‑Suite, managing communications, inquiries, and meeting requests.
- Coordinate and maintain calendars for the C‑Suite and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring all appointments and travel arrangements are scheduled and confirmed.
- Compile, review, and edit documents and reports, including presentations, minutes, agendas, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct research and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage and track expenses, processing reports and ensuring timely reimbursement.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure the C‑Suite has all resources for meetings and events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with a C‑Suite executive and management team with highly demanding schedules.
- Experience working with corporate boards and/or public bodies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience managing meeting room technologies.
- Experience consolidating multiple presentations for one meeting.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
This role is 5 days/week in the office in Kettering, Ohio. There will be occasional domestic travel, including an annual offsite meeting for 2‑4 days.
