Accounting Manager Needed For Stable Successful Company
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their thriving finance team. The Accounting Manager will manage day-to-day financial processes, month-end and year-end close procedures, and support special financial projects, ensuring adherence to GAAP and compliance requirements. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys a hands-on environment and is excited to work closely with senior management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Inventory Accounting.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes, preparing reconciliations and analyses.
- Prepare and submit monthly state and federal tax reports, including Sales/Use and Fuel Taxes.
- Conduct bank account reconciliations and prepare journal entries for accurate financial reporting.
- Perform inventory analysis, including shrink reporting, to maintain accurate inventory data.
- Act as a back-up for Accounts Receivable and support other financial roles as needed.
- Maintain compliance with accounting principles, implementing best practices to enhance the organization’s financial health.

Location: 100% on-site
Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000
