Position

Accounting Clerk (Temporary) located in Tustin. Great opportunity for someone with 1+ years of experience working in a corporate accounting department. Expected to be 3 months+.

Position will be onsite Monday - Friday and pay is $22-23 per hour.

Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk

  • Will handle the daily mail, scanning and the weekly processing of cash disbursements
  • Assist with the check runs, scanning of invoices and refunds
  • Handle deposits, reconciliations and assist with stale dated checks
  • Assist with year-end 1099 and provide support to the AP team

Requirements for the Accounting Clerk

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
