Stanton & Company, a full-service PR marketing agency, is seeking a reliable, highly organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily office management and ensure smooth, efficient operations. This multifunctional role includes office management, administrative support, and special project coordination. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and skilled multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This person must be resourceful and a natural problem-solver, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and able to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and deadlines, thoughtfulness and care, with the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day administrative, housekeeping, and office organization and operations.
  • Manage ordering, distribution, and inventory of office supplies.
  • Run errands outside the office, as needed (grocery, post office, supplies, etc.).
  • Coordinate and support special company events, teams, and client initiatives.
  • Manage office mailings and client mailers (packaging, labeling, shipping).
  • Oversee vendor and partner relationships.
  • Manage cleaning crew scheduling and payments, ensure service quality and consistency.
  • Serve as a liaison with building management for repairs, maintenance, and facility updates.
