Overview

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is Seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Lobby Restaurant, Lounge and Market. The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service, and a collaborative approach with Food & Beverage Managers and hotel departments.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the Lobby Restaurant, Lounge and Market.
  • Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage Managers and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate ordering and par levels for food, beverage and consumable items.
  • Demonstrate a high energy, positive, professional appearance and strong guest service at all times.
  • Support and manage a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Full‑time supervisory experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and a true desire to anticipate the needs of guests in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Food and beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits and beer.
