What You’ll Do
- Talent Sourcing & Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with dental schools, associations, and clinicians to source top talent.
Represent Dental Associates MN at industry events, career fairs, and dental school programs.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Engage with pre-doctoral and post-grad dental programs to connect with emerging professionals. - Full-Cycle Recruitment
Partner with practice leadership to define hiring needs and role requirements.
Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, from job postings to interviews to offer letters.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
Facilitate interview feedback and guide hiring decisions in partnership with leadership.
Prepare and extend offer letters, employment agreements, and coordinate pre-employment screenings.
Track and report recruitment data (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, requisition activity). - Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support
Support candidates throughout the hiring journey, including offer negotiations and relocation (if applicable).
Coordinate with internal HR support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Help develop and improve onboarding processes to promote early engagement and retention. - Practice Partnership & Hiring Manager Support
Serve as a partner to dental practices in identifying staffing needs and aligning recruiting strategies.
Provide tools, resources, and guidance to hiring managers, including interview training and best practices.
Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. - Market & Industry Awareness
Stay informed on trends in dental education, licensure, and workforce developments.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market data and candidate feedback. - HR Support & Collaboration
Partner with practice leadership to align recruiting strategies with broader HR initiatives.
Provide input and feedback on talent planning, onboarding improvements, and employee engagement efforts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the dental profession.
- Deep understanding of dental roles, licensure requirements, and educational pathways.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
- This role is in-office; required to work from one of our metro locations (Savage, St. Paul, or Maple Grove).
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000
