Senior Recruiter/Consultant at Colvin Resources Group Are you a high-energy recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, operational environments? We're partnering with a growing Richardson‑based company to find an experienced Contract Recruiter for an immediate 2‑3 month engagement with potential for extension. The Opportunity This isn't your typical desk job. You'll be embedded onsite, working directly with hiring managers to fill critical operational roles that keep the business running. If you have a proven track record recruiting for blue‑collar, technical, and hands‑on positions, this role puts your expertise front and center. What You'll Be Doing: Managing full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume operational roles including manufacturing/assembly, field technicians, customer service, logistics, and production personnel Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand needs and align on recruiting strategies Sourcing talent through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, and networking Conducting behavioral‑based interviews to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit Performing reference checks and presenting top‑tier candidates with detailed profiles Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system throughout the hiring process Must‑Haves: Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2‑3 years of in‑house corporate recruiting experience Critical: Demonstrated success recruiting for operational/technical roles (manufacturing, field service, logistics, or similar environments) Experience with applicant tracking systems (Paychex ATS is a plus) Strong knowledge of EEO laws and compliance Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills Ability to juggle multiple openings while maintaining quality and attention to detail Details: Location: Richardson, TX 75081 – 100% in‑office (no remote/hybrid options) Duration: 2‑3 months with strong potential for extension Hours: 30‑40 hours per week Pay Rate: Up to $35/hour Start Date: Immediate This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who wants to make an immediate impact, prefers the energy of an onsite environment, and has a passion for operational recruitment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
