Our client, a highly respected finance firm with offices worldwide, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of senior professionals in their Denver office. Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive administrative and logistical support to a small team of executives
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring all details are handled seamlessly
Assist with events, team gatherings, and occasional off-site coordination
Process expenses, prepare materials, and maintain accurate records and databases
Partner with internal departments and other assistants to ensure consistent communication and coverage
Contribute to a positive, efficient office culture by anticipating needs and finding ways to improve workflows
Qualifications
10+ years of executive or senior administrative support experience, ideally within finance, consulting, or professional services
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology and AI tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
