Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring all construction phases, budgets, safety, and risk mitigation are effectively managed. Establish a structured communication plan with clients and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and collaboration. Manage all project phases, keeping them on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety regulations. Regularly monitor facility projects against budget and alert the team to any deviations in project scope, timeline, or costs. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality work while conducting regular site visits to review progress and adherence to scope. Ensure that any changes in scope result in revised documents and updated client approvals as needed. Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and uphold strict safety standards to ensure a zero-harm work environment. Maintain project documentation, schedule meetings, prepare reports, and serve as the key liaison between the project team and the client. What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in business, architecture, engineering, or construction management preferred. 5 to 7 years of project management experience with a track record of delivering successful projects. Strong ability to manage client expectations and ensure project requirements are met. Proficient in financial reporting and budget monitoring to keep costs within scope. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Position Summary:

Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated capital projects. Reviews project proposal, establishes work plan and manages contractors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. Key Duties:

Construction Management including scheduling and financial management Quality Control and Safety Project Engineering including following specifications, design adaptation by ensure design and specifications meet codes and specification Sub-contractor management Administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, minutes, maintaining documentation and customer liaison Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 5 years Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years' work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services MUST HAVE:
