Senior Food Scientist duties: o Develop and optimize nutritional beverage and powder formulations that meet nutritional, sensory, and stability goals. o Partner with Medical Nutrition, Marketing, and Sales to align product design with business and patient needs. o Research and evaluate new ingredients and explore new medical nutrition opportunities. o Support leadership with technical and scientific expertise for product and clinical development. o Build vendor relationships to source ingredients that meet product requirements. o Present company research at scientific meetings and conferences. o Ensure strong intellectual property protection for new products and processes. o Follow all GMP, food safety, and workplace safety policies.
