Overview
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Water / Wastewater Engineering to join our Austin office. This executive role offers the chance to lead municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, and tunnels. You'll drive strategic growth, manage high-profile municipal accounts, and mentor a team of skilled engineers and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Water / Wastewater division
Lead design and technical oversight of municipal water and wastewater systems
Manage scope, budget, and schedule for multiple concurrent projects
Develop client relationships with municipalities and agencies
Recruit, mentor, and lead engineering staff to ensure project excellence
Ensure compliance with Texas regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
Active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license
10+ years of leadership experience in water / wastewater engineering
Strong track record with municipal projects and client engagement
Expertise in treatment plants, wastewater plants, pipelines, and tunnels
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary starting at $155K+
Hybrid work schedule (3 days WFH / 2 days onsite)
