Xfinity Retail Store Manager - Roxbury
Blufox Mobile, the largest branded partner of Comcast XFINITY services, is seeking dynamic sales professionals to lead our retail locations across multiple states. Join us in delivering high‑speed internet, mobile, home security, video, and voice services to residential and business customers.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive annual salary: $65,000 – $85,000
Signing bonus: $5,000 (inquire for details)

Job type: Full‑time
Responsibilities
Lead a team of sales representatives to maximize retail location sales.
Apply product positioning, account analysis, promotional offers, and customer service best practices.
Analyze business performance and implement practices to meet goals.
Recruit, train, and manage sales reps while tracking key KPIs and maintaining high NPS.
Manage weekly and monthly sales incentives to exceed growth objectives.
Work with the Operations team to improve operational cost‑effectiveness.
Oversee inventory for mobile devices, cable products, and accessories.
Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and report exceptions.
Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Coordinate with Leadership & Training teams to develop and implement sales channel training programs.
Qualifications
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
3 – 5 years of sales experience (preferred in wireless, cable, or retail).
Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
