About the Position State of Idaho Opportunity. Opening will remain open until filled. Start date to be determined upon hire. Salary: Starting at $90,000 to $DOE. Primary Duties
Represent the Idaho Department of Labor and the Idaho Human Rights Commission in administrative and litigation‑related legal work.
Provide legal advice on matters arising during day‑to‑day business of the Department and IHRC, including statutory interpretation, public records and open meeting laws, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
Perform other legal duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Active Idaho State Bar license.
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience.
