Overview The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Quality Supervisor supervises reviewers of various AML processes, including suspicious activity investigations, closing reviews, and other AML processes. The associate works closely with AML Process Managers to perform critical functions, plans and conducts AML processes, and manages the workflow of the AML analysis. The supervisor coaches the team and leads training and education on AML processes.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily workflow and operational metrics of the AML Quality team.
Lead a small central unit of investigators and assist with training in Regulatory Operations and business areas.
Contribute to AML Operations projects related to policy/procedure changes and assess impact on investigative quality.
Perform quality assurance assessments of draft Suspicious Activity Reports, closing cases, and other AML processes.
Handle escalated issues for advanced investigation and analysis.
Assess internal trends and external regulatory environment to recommend risk areas and typologies adjustments.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 1 year of leadership experience in Fraud, AML investigations, or a Compliance role.
At least 2 years of investigative experience in Fraud or AML investigations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
2+ years of people leader experience in Fraud, AML investigations, or Compliance.
3+ years of investigative experience in Fraud and AML investigations.
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification.

Jericho, NY: $103,200 – $117,800
McLean, VA: $94,600 – $107,900
Plano, TX: $86,000 – $98,200
Richmond, VA: $86,000 – $98,200
Riverwoods, IL: $86,000 – $98,200
Wilmington, DE: $86,000 – $98,200
Role is eligible for performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
