HireArt . Expected compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 USD per hour. Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays). Responsibilities
Track and maintain contingent worker and supplier records. Review contingent worker requests for accuracy before supplier submission. Coordinate onboarding, extensions, and offboarding in line with internal processes. Support supplier onboarding, document collection, and status tracking. Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to keep processes aligned and up-to-date. Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of procurement processes. Escalate business issues and complete ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. Strong business acumen, professionalism, and sound judgment. Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on contingent workforce management, supply chain management, or project management. Proficient with Oracle ERP, Google Workspace, and MS Office, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactive and curious, with the ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and think critically to improve processes. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills; able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Nice‑to‑Have
Japanese language skills (written, spoken). Familiarity with contingent worker lifecycle, basic employment, or contractor laws. Experience with DocuSign, ServiceNow, and SAP SuccessFactors. Benefits
