Vice Principal of Student Affairs

The Vice Principal of Student Affairs oversees student life at Pine Forge Academy, providing leadership in spiritual, academic, and social development. This role also includes responsibilities in community relations, campus supervision, and compliance with school policies. Key Responsibilities: Lead campus spiritual life and support religious programming through the chaplaincy. Supervise staff including deans, school nurse, chaplain, and program directors. Approve student leave requests impacting attendance. Chair Dean’s Council and serve as secretary of Administrative Council. Oversee building access and campus safety protocols, including emergency drills. Support curriculum development, classroom management, and faculty professional growth. Supervise student conduct, co-curricular activities, and off-campus events. Maintain communication with parents, support the Parent Association, and promote home-school collaboration. Ensure academic support services are accessible (e.g., computer lab, media center). Assist with accreditation and school evaluations. Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
