Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join the journey. Your Mission
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be part of our growing GTM team and help generate the pipeline that fuels Cozero’s growth. You’ll connect with decision-makers in enterprise organizations, spark curiosity about our solution, and qualify prospects for our Account Executives. You’ll learn the craft of enterprise SaaS sales—using AI tools, data, and creative experimentation to build a repeatable, high-impact outbound motion. What you’ll own (Outcomes)
Create pipeline:
Generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives through targeted outbound and responsive inbound follow-up. Research & personalization:
Build target lists, understand key personas, and tailor your outreach to each account using both human insight and AI assistance. Run sequences:
Use email, phone, and LinkedIn to connect with sustainability, finance, and operations leaders in enterprise companies. Qualify leads:
Conduct discovery calls to understand pain points and ensure a strong fit (BANT/MEDDPICC-aligned). Collaborate closely:
Work hand-in-hand with Marketing and Sales on messaging, campaigns, and data feedback loops. Experiment & learn:
Test new AI-powered tools, sequence variations, and messaging angles—documenting learnings to help us continuously improve. Stay organized:
Keep HubSpot clean, up-to-date, and detailed—because if it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen. What we look for
Languages:
Fluency in
German and English (C1)
is required. Experience:
1–3 years in SDR/BDR roles within SaaS or tech environments; experience with enterprise-level prospects is a plus. Curiosity for AI:
You’re comfortable experimenting with AI tools for prospecting, content drafting, and insights generation. Communication:
You write and speak clearly, confidently, and with empathy—especially when addressing C-level personas. Structured mindset:
You work methodically, measure what works, and iterate. Tools:
HubSpot (or Salesforce), Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha/Clay/Cognism. Familiarity with Notion, Slides, or Gong/Avoma is a plus. Motivation:
