What You’ll Do

Develop and implement quality plans, inspection procedures, and process documentation to ensure consistent product excellence

Analyze data, identify trends, and drive proactive solutions using tools such as SPC, FMEA, and control plans

Conduct internal, supplier, and product audits to verify compliance and resolve quality issues

Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action initiatives

Support validation of new products, equipment, and processes through structured testing and verification

Partner with cross‑functional teams and customers to maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by driving process enhancements and quality best practices

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline

Minimum of two years of experience in quality roles within an automotive manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and CAPA methodologies

Proficiency with data analysis and quality software tools

ASQ CQE or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

A collaborative mindset with a passion for quality and operational excellence
