Our one-on-one assisted stretching sessions help people move better, feel better, and live better. What You Ll Do
As a Sales Associate at StretchLab Seattle, youre the first impression and the energy that keeps our studio thriving. Youll convert curiosity into commitmentand make sure every guest feels welcomed, understood, and motivated to return. Make 50+ outbound calls daily to follow up with leads, reconnect with past clients, and schedule intro stretch sessions Lead engaging, informative tours of our studio, highlighting what makes StretchLab Seattle unique Close membership and package sales by focusing on the real benefitsnot just the cost Handle objections with empathy, transparency, and professionalism Upsell retail products and upgraded services that support clients active Seattle lifestyles Client Experience & Studio Operations
Create a welcoming, personalized experience for each guest, whether theyre new to wellness or seasoned athletes Manage multiple priorities with easechecking in clients, answering phones, booking appointments, and keeping operations smooth Handle studio needs quickly and proactively, from tech fixes to restocking supplies Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and ready for every guest Use ClubReady (or similar CRM) to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress Community & Local Engagement
Assist with social media and marketing initiatives to keep our studio top of mind in Seattles active wellness scene Represent the StretchLab brand at local fitness events, farmers markets, and wellness fairs Collaborate with nearby gyms, studios, and wellness businesses to build local partnerships and boost visibility Who You Are
You have sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or service-based role (gym, spa, boutique studio, etc.) Youre confident making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing sales Youre organized, goal-driven, and comfortable using CRM/scheduling platforms You build rapport easily, especially with people new to stretching or recovery services Youre proactive, a problem-solver, and take ownership of your goals Youre available at least one weekend day and can commit to 2025 hours per week You live locally or have reliable transportation to the studio Youre motivated by commissions and love working in a fast-paced, supportive team environment What You Get
