Responsibilities

Physical Therapist Summary:

Provide physical therapy services to patients, ensuring quality care and positive interactions with facilities and clients. Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, developing treatment plans, discharge planning, supervising assistants and Techs, and case management. Maintain professionalism and adhere to all regulations. Essential Duties: Enhance patient functionality through physical therapy Provide consultation and supervision to PTAs Supervise PTA and Rehab Tech during treatments, promoting resource efficiency and skill development Develop and strengthen the physical therapy program Engage in continuous professional development Maintain valid state license and stay informed on relevant issues Understand billing and treatment guidelines, ensuring quality and compliance Follow infection control and safety protocols Communicate effectively in English in all professional interactions Qualifications
