An exciting opportunity is available for a bilingual Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) skilled in English and Spanish to serve K‑12 students across three schools in Paterson, NJ. This full‑time role with a contract duration covering the full school year offers the chance to support a diverse caseload within both elementary and middle school settings.
Responsibilities
Providing speech‑language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 students
Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet student needs
Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress
Conducting evaluations and maintaining accurate documentation of services
Traveling between two elementary schools and one middle school (located within 2 miles of each other)
Managing a weekly schedule of 6.5‑hour days (8:30 am–3:00 pm), with four days at the elementary schools and one day at the middle school
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology with CCC‑SLP certification
Experience working in school and pediatric healthcare environments
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required
Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively serve bilingual student populations
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseload and collaborate with school staff
