About The Job Optimize maintenance performance by continually striving to reduce downtime through proactive planning. Assist with the development of reliability-based maintenance strategy, based on preventative, predictive, and condition monitoring maintenance.
Planning and coordinating maintenance jobs and projects.
Ensure predictive and preventative maintenance is planned and ready to schedule.
Review all new work order requests in EAM and assign correct work order status.
Actively support plant safety, environmental and reliability programs.
Work with Purchasing to establish proper stocking levels and reorder points for material.
Work with engineering personnel to establish new equipment numbers and record equipment specifications.
Identify and prepare Maintenance management reports as needed.
Lead daily planning meeting with Production and Maintenance to ensure the planned jobs scheduled are being executed
Review equipment spare part requirements.
Assist other maintenance personnel with equipment repairs and research.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree is a plus.
One to two years’ experience in Maintenance Planning
Strong background in maintenance with the ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
Advanced knowledge of computer operation with the ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, EAM/CMMS and MLC software applications.
The physical ability to work in extreme heat and cold, navigate steps and ladders at high elevations.
The ability to independently solve problems, direct and train others.
The ability to direct one's own work without supervision. Able to travel for training and company related needs.
