At Lockheed Martin Space, we seek an RF Engineer to support the full lifecycle of antenna‑element hardware from concept through qualification in Littleton, CO.
Responsibilities
Design, model, and analyze RF antenna elements and active electronically‑steerable arrays (AESAs).
Develop system integration plans, test plans, and qualification procedures.
Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with RF engineering requirements.
Actively maintain TS/SCI clearance and support contract award processes.
Position contingent upon Lockheed Martin contract award, expected March 2026.
Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Degree in electrical engineering or related STEM field.
Experience with RF antenna design and analysis.
Ability to develop and analyze technical requirements.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of RF communications link budget analysis.
Proficiency in specifying RF antenna components and subsystems.
Experience with antenna design tools such as HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, WIPL-D, FEKO, or similar.
Design experience with reflectors, horns, helices, phased arrays, or electronically steered antennas.
Excellent communication, customer interaction, and troubleshooting skills.
