Overview

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to join our team in Littleton, CO. The role focuses on the full lifecycle of antenna‑element hardware, from concept and design through integration, test‑plan development, and component qualification. Basic Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related STEM field Deep knowledge of antenna element design and active electronically‑steerable arrays (AESAs) Experience developing and analyzing technical requirements and performing trade studies Proficiency in reviewing supplier/factory data to verify RF engineering compliance Strong link‑budget analysis skills for RF communications systems Desired Skills

Specification and interface definition for RF antenna components and subsystems Experience with ADS, HFSS, AWR, or similar RF design tools Familiarity with antenna design tools such as GRASP, CST, WIPL‑D, FEKO, or equivalents Design of reflectors, waveguide components, horns, helices, phased arrays, or ESAs Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills Security Clearance Statement

The position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens. Clearance level: TS/SCI. Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary range: $97,100 - $171,235 (state‑specific). Additional incentive plan eligibility applies. Location & Schedule

Onsite, full‑time at Lockheed Martin’s Littleton, CO facility. Schedule: 9x80 with every other Friday off. Remote work is not available for this position. Equal Opportunity
