The Surface Based Effector Production team supports the production and development of electrical subsystems used in our Land and Naval based programs. These subsystems operate in environments ranging from the frigid, sub‑zero vacuum of space to the blistering heat of the desert floor and the high pressures of the ocean depths. We are seeking entry‑level candidates willing to collaborate, innovate, and team with our engineers to generate and utilize today’s cutting‑edge technology in production environments that support missile assembly and test.

What You Will Do

Troubleshooting electronics in a lab or production environment

Performing system and circuit level analysis

Supporting failure investigations

Maintaining and creating documentation

Interacting with multi‑discipline groups including suppliers

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM major

Coursework in one or more of the following areas: radar systems design, system realization or testing of RF and microwave radar systems; airborne radar guidance section production or development; RF component design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting; RF laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or network analyzers

12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)

Qualifications We Prefer

ABET accreditation preferred (though not required)

3.0 cumulative GPA desired

System integration experience: development of test procedures for lab and site

Strong knowledge of analog RF components, ADC and DAC performance

Familiarity with industry standard RF circuit design software and PCB layout

Relocation eligibility

Salary range: 55,000 USD – 107,000 USD
